Rapeseed Oil Allergy I Think I Have An Allergy To Rapeseed Oil/palm Oil Kernal Oil?

I think i have an allergy to rapeseed oil/palm oil kernal oil? - rapeseed oil allergy

Can someone help, is there a test you can do. I had terrible cramps when they eat these diarroah, but there are so many products with them, even vegetable oil is rapeseed oil, suggestions?
