Splenda/Equal/Sweet n Low? - side effects of sweet n low
Ok. So most days, we have about 30 packets Splenda for low cost and 12 ounces diet soda. If you use this artificial sweetener a lot, there is really no calories? Do you have a single package really only 0 calories? Moreover, there are side effects to replace large eat so much sugar?

Yes, there are zero calories, no matter how much you use, but there are many negative aspects! May cause cancer and, surprisingly, weight gain. Fake sugar makes you feel like eating very little, so you eat more. It is also hungry faster, so try to reduce a little. Hope this helps =]]
