Where can I get Dry Mango Sweet & Hot Pickle in Hyderabad? - to dry mangoes
I tried this marinade on a friend's house, he could not remember where he was or is unavailable. I understand that it is dry, mango (amchoor) and it tastes really sweet and hot and delicious.

Amchoor & Red Chilli Pickle
Ingredients
Fresh Red Pepper-15-20 Parts
Salt soup-10
Rai-15 EL
Amchoor-20 tablespoons of powdered
Saunf-5 tablespoons
Jeera-2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon paprika
Cloves, 1 tablespoon
Black cardamom [Badi ilaichi] - 20 pieces
3 cups mustard oil
Method
Dry Chile with a soft cloth. They cut stem and remove the top. Hole in the removal of seeds and pulp with the stem of the spoon. Save the seeds and pulp.
Grind all the spices in a dry mill. Mix with salt and seeds.
Heat half the oil and masala mixture into the hot oil. Quiet.
Chile's things with this masala and put them in a glass. Pour remaining oil on top.
Keep the marinade in a warm place for 2-3 days. Once it is ready to eat
Dry and hot mango pickles are delicious!
